Merging her experience from the brand side — eight years inside Laura Mercier, Luxury Brand Partners, and L’Oréal — our founder crossed over to represent the creators she once hired. That double vantage point shapes everything we do: partnerships negotiated like we’ve sat on both sides of the table, because we have.

Our Founder

Ariel Oz

Our founder Ariel began her career as an Influencer Marketing Specialist with over 8 years experience working in-house at Laura Mercier, Luxury Brand Partners and L’Oréal.

As a “micro-influencer” herself, Ariel has worked with brands such as Adidas, Supergoop!, Google and Everlane, among others, which has lended itself to a unique approach to influencer marketing, with the insights gained from both the brand and influencer-facing sides.

Ariel goes above and beyond for her talent and brand clients, providing intimate and purposeful guidance to creatives and companies across fashion, beauty, health + wellness, and travel categories.

We represent artists as well as creators. Illustration, hand-lettering and bespoke pieces commissioned for launches, dinners and gifting — drawn in the brand’s own language rather than pulled from a stock treatment. We match the artist to the brief and run the commission end to end.

It is not an offer, a quote, or a contract, and nothing here creates a representation, agency, employment, or partnership relationship between you and Oz Lane. The OZ·LANE name, the OL mark, the site’s design, copy, photography, and video are owned by Ozlane Agency Inc. or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, scrape, mine, or use our content to train a machine learning model, or use it in any commercial context, without our prior written permission.

iii.Creator names and likenesses

Photographs and video on this site feature creators we represent and campaign work produced with brand partners. Those names, images, and likenesses belong to the individuals concerned and are shown here with permission for the purpose of describing our work. Nothing on this site grants you any right to use them. If you are featured here and would like an image removed, write to us and we will take it down.

iv.Third-party brands

Brand names and logos shown on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and appear to identify campaigns our creators have worked on. Their appearance does not imply that those brands endorse, sponsor, or are affiliated with Oz Lane beyond the work described.

v.The roster area

Parts of this site, including the full roster, sit behind an access code. Codes are issued to brand partners and prospective partners at our discretion, are personal to the recipient, and must not be shared, published, or passed on. Roster information — names, categories, locations, and audience detail — is confidential and provided for the purpose of evaluating a partnership only. We may change or withdraw an access code at any time, and the roster itself changes as representation changes.

vi.Getting in touch

Our contact form opens a message in your own email application; we receive whatever you choose to send. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through it. If you send us an unsolicited idea, pitch, or concept, we cannot treat it as confidential and you agree we are free to consider similar ideas without obligation to you.

vii.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to harass any person featured on it;
  • attempt to gain access to any restricted area you have not been given a code for;
  • scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the site or its imagery by any automated means;

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

A note on privacy. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers. When you send the contact form or sign up to stay in touch, what you enter (your name, email address, social handles and message) is delivered to us by our form provider, Formspree, and kept only to reply to you and, if you signed up, to send you occasional news. We never sell it. To be removed, or to ask what we hold about you, contact us. The roster access code is checked in your browser and remembered only on your own device.
